  Very inconsistent work. There is a serious lack of detail and care with the dentists that work here. This was my dental office for years until they forced my mother to have work done using materials that she was allergic too and my husband got work done that didn't last. I would do more research before choosing this place if you are looking.

  From professional experience as a Dental Assistant for over five years and visit/worked in many dental practices in Central Jersey. Eastern Dental isn't a bad dental office as many individual's point it out to be. Their staff is super professional starting from "Veronica Tamariz" , I called for an emergency tooth ache and she did the best to fit me in, and extremely professional and knowledge with dental procedures. Secondly, the hygienist "Irena" is also very professional and she did a great cleaning, she really cleans your teeth , not just a little touch-up. I noticed individuals complain about billing issues etc., all you need to do is call your dental insurance company and verify your coverage's etc., that's called smart shopping! I will continue to go to this location as I'm very please with their services. I was treated well and with the utmost professionalism from this office. Continue providing excellent service Eastern Dental!

  I went into eastern dental because I had a few questions about some work that needed to be done. This woman at the front desk named Adna seemed like she absolutely hated her job and made me feel like my questions weren't worth answering. So I walked out. However, I did call after a few days to see if I was lucky enough to get someone else besides her. I was I spoke with a young woman named Jessica (I will never forget her name because our name is the same) I explained to her that I don't have insurance and she told me about the insurance offered at the office and gave me tons of helpful information. When I get a chance i will definitely go back. This was a few months back now. Should be going back soon.

  The receptionist has no customer service skills. They hung up on me 3 times and every time I called back they put me on hold or shut off the phones. When I finally got to them they had the nerve to put me on hold for 15 min. I just need an appointment for my child... like really... the dentist are great but they need a new staff.
