  Went there for the first time yesterday. I got there 10minutes before my appointment. Girl at the front desk was glib and rude. After waiting 20 minutes she called me and told me the doctor has gone out for lunch and I would have to wait another 30-45 minutes!! All said with a rude expression on her face, speaking to me in clipped tones and giving me attitude. I just couldn't believe the nerve!!!! I left in disgust. Horrible horrible person. I have a feeling no one told the doctor I was even waiting. They do not greet you or smile, they just order you to "sign in on the kiosk".

  I've had it with this office. I have only gone there for convenience. This office is barely a step above Urgent Care. Beware of Dr. Baskin, she has provided poor medical assistance repeatedly and misdiagnosed me. She told me I was in danger of having a heart attack at any moment. Saw a cardiologist who said I wasn't even close to one. Amazingly incompetent. Told her that she almost scared me into actually having one. Inconsistent care from each one of the medical professionals there. Unless you can get an appointment with the fantastic Christina Mancini, go somewhere else for family practice.
